Nadia's First Piece of Mail

Mike checked the mail today and Nadia received her first piece of mail….her Certificate of Citizenship from the United States of America!!

Included was a letter from the President welcoming her to this country and how her family must be very proud of her on this day. I looked at the photo and the first thing I said was, “Look how much her hair has grown.” And Mike commented on how much she has filled out. She was a tiny little thing in China and look at her now!

Congratz on the CoC. But really, much more importantly … there is a packing list out there that I somehow missed??? How is that remotely possible? (kidding, sort of)

Dear Louanne, if you have a moment … would you share it with me? I need something to keep me occupied this weekend. And with a LID of 11/23/2005, I am sure you understand why!

BTW, I can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed your blog. I am SO in love with Nadia – I know, I know … take a number. :)

    Cheers,

Kiy (aka: yorkielady over at RQ’s)

Kiy- Hiya and you can love her if you want :) I just posted the packing list in the Nov room of RQ! I understand wanting ANYTHING to make you not think about that package on the way.

I keep coming back to look at those cheeks! Good thing I don’t live close by or I’d be on your doorstep! :)

Thanks for the packing list. Yours and mine are darned close to the same although I still have hopes of COO, or almost COO so am chopping it down again. May give up on that idea though!

    Cheers,

    Kiy

Kiy – you are welcome. I had hopes of COO, then I realized that there is just too much stuff that was liquid and we had so many electronics with Mike’s camera gear that it would have been too stressful for me.
