“I need Baby Jesus!”
Louanne on Jan 11th 2010
Nadia was playing with her little people house in the living room while I was reading on the couch. All of a sudden she said, “I need the plane, I’m going to my room.” She comes back and is playing a bit longer and I can see her flying it around the room. She is making all kinds of fun sound effects and trading people out for the flights. Some more time goes by and then she is on the other side of the island (so I can’t see her or the plane) and I hear her say, “I need baby Jesus!!”
This leads to a massive search for him and then she runs back into the kitchen. So of course at this point I follow to see why she needed him. Here is what I saw:
The 3 wise men as passengers and Baby Jesus as the pilot.

Call the Nestle Crunch Hotline :)
Louanne on Jan 9th 2010
Thanks to Sarah for this!
Call the Nestle Crunch Hotline at 1-800-295-0051. When asked if you want to continue in English or Spanish, just wait quietly for about 10 seconds and then you will smile. Keep going and press 4 to listen to the next set of options. Then pick 7 or any of the other options. Don’t give away the surprise if you have done it. It’s really cute and funny!

Nadia Loves the Quebe Sisters
Louanne on Jul 31st 2009
The Quebe Sisters go to our church and they all play the fiddle and sing. They play some awesome bluegrass and have remade some great oldies like “Georgia on My Mind” Here is their website if you want to find out more:
If it’s possible for a 2 year old to have a favorite band, they are Nadia’s
Here is a little video I put together of Nadia singing along to “So Long To the Red River Valley”

CVS driver
Louanne on Apr 27th 2009
My favorite CVS is also Nadia’s because they have carts with “race-cars” she can drive. A few weeks ago we were there to get some Extra Buck deals and as we were walking up one of the aisles a woman came flying around the corner and down our aisle nearly hitting our cart.
Nadia said, “Careful Lady! I’m drivin’ here.” The woman immediately started laughing and squatted down to look in the car at Nadia. She smiled and said she was adorable. I was laughing through the whole thing.
