This reminds me so much of our experience as a young couple. We had a tree guy come out to us door to door and their name was Mata. Well it just happened that they sold us dead/dieing trees and same as you were taken for all we paid on those two trees!!
We now say remember when….. Lessons well learned.

Those new trees look so pretty in your yard!!

Staci - yeah everywhere has a warranty, but they didn’t give us one in writing, so we can’t do anything but take them to small claims court and we don’t want to go through all that. Now we know that we should have done the research and not trusted the tree farm owners.

I believe that if those are the sorts of ethics you have in business it will come back to get you in the end. Maybe not this year, but you just can’t be that way and it not reflect on your life in some way.

I can’t believe they wouldn’t refund your money! Usually stuff like that has at least a one year warranty, that is such a bummer. But I love the new trees, I didn’t know you could have green stuff in Texas. Ha ha, just kidding. Enjoy your new shade
