Oh what can I say? It was a great day and a beautiful ceremony and Tahni is my first sibling to get married
It didn’t rain so they got to have the wedding and reception outside. Tahni wanted to have a bohemian/vintage/French/coffee shop/spring wedding and it was just that. The tree that they got married under was over 200 years old and made for some beautiful photos.
Nadia did a great job as flower girl and followed my instructions to go right to Joseph. She got to him and dropped an extra handful of petals at his feet and then stood there looking up at him until Mike went over to get her.
My favorite part was when the whole wedding party prayed for Tahni and Joseph.

After the ceremony we had a wonderful dinner catered by a friend of my dad’s. They had a little coffee bar set up and an assortment homemade treats made by my dad’s wife Brooke and me. There was a great gazebo with a deck for dancing and we really had a blast. Nadia was watching all of the dancing for a couple of songs and then said, “Those people are going to get sweaty!” Tahni and her maid of honor Allie had planned out a dance to do that no one knew about and I was so happy that I caught it on tape.
It was just a wonderful event and we are so excited for Tahni and Joseph and their new life together.
