We started the day with Staci and the kids for an early breakfast. Then headed out to meet Jessica M’s mom Susan for coffee and Nadia had another snack
Then we headed back to Nonni’s and had 2nd breakfast with them. After that we went over the Grandma and Grandpa Petlow’s for playtime. Nadia had a blast with Grandma Jennie on the piano and drums.
We then had a nap and headed out for frozen yogurt with Staci and the kids at a place called “Yo YUM YUM”
Aunt Michelle and Mark arrived from Santa Clara and the “play, play, play” happened.
Then Grandpa Brian make a fantastic meal for all of us. Barbeque-a-rama! YUM! Then we were both ready to sleep. LOL.

California – Day 1
Louanne on Apr 28th 2010
Nadia and I flew into Burbank (oh how I have decided that I love this airport – except for the $3 10oz carton of milk). We grabbed our rent car and headed north to Santa Barbara. We had such a nice day with Nonni, Grandpa Brian and Uncle Bubba. In the evening Great Grandma and Grandpa Petlow came over with my cousin Carter. We had dinner from Presto Pasta – YUM! Then we headed over to the Patterson’s to meet their kids and crash for the night. The time change hit us both.

Chris & Jen’s Wedding – 01.01.10

I know this blog post is very late, but I still want to share. My cousin Jennifer was married to Chris on New Years Day. Nadia was the flower girl and the ceremony was in Galveston, TX. It was the perfect wedding – everything from the colors to the food to the decorations were awesome. As a guest it seemed to me that everything went perfectly and I have never seen Jen look more beautiful. Her and I are the oldest of the cousins on my mom’s side and share a special bond.
When I saw Jen’s mom out of one eye and then her outside with her dad for the first time, the waterworks started.
Nadia and I waiting for her turn to go down the aisle.
I L-O-V-E this photo!
I love you Jen and thanks for letting us share in your day. And to Chris – welcome to the family!
